Workhorse Staffing is seeking an experienced poly welder, welder or fabricator looking to step into a specialist trade in plastic welding and fabrication. This is a rare chance to upskill into a high-demand industry with strong training support, great culture, and excellent earning potential.

- $42/hr + super base rate with strong overtime available (including weekends) – realistic weekly earnings of $2,800 – $3,000+ per week + super
- Permanent full-time role with steady weekday hours and optional overtime when you want it
- Brisbane-based workshop & site work (no travel)
- Full training provided to move into plastic welding / poly fabrication

The Role
You’ll work across workshop and site projects, learning and carrying out plastic welding and fabrication on piping systems and components. This is hands-on, practical work where you’ll build new skills while contributing to quality project delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- Background in welding, fabrication, or similar hands-on trade work
- Strong practical welding skills and attention to detail
- Keen to learn and develop into plastic welding
- White Card (confined space / working at heights tickets an advantage)
- Trade Certificate (advantageous)
- Reliable, safety-focused, and a strong team player
